Our most valuable asset is the knowledge, experience, skill, craftsmanship and work ethic of the wonderful team that make up CTE.
Our headcount is currently 55, and growing, we’ve come a long way since Chris & Andy, launched Chris Tullett Exhausts over twenty years ago.
We’ve 35 technicians, engineers, craftsmen and women on the shop floor. Comprising Tube Benders, Machine & Press Operators, Welders / Fabricators, Supervisors and Inspectors.
Upstairs, in the office, we’ve Design and Production Engineers, Estimators, Account Managers, Planners, Procurement and Quality Professionals backed by Accounts and Office staff. The whole team is passionate about the jobs they do, and parts are delivered with a collective sense of pride.
Chris Tullett
CEO
Chris Tullett is a founding director of CTE Advanced Technologies Ltd (formally Chris Tullett Exhausts Ltd). Chris has an extensive background in the design and fabrication of precision engineered components, along with business start-up and management experience. Chris’s principle responsibilities include, liaising with existing customers and creating new business opportunities alongside developing and implementing CTE’s ongoing business strategy.
Andy Tullett
Director
Andy Tullett is a founding director of CTE Advanced Technologies (formerly Chris Tullett Exhausts). Andy has a broad business background having contributed at a senior level to the ongoing success and development of a number of financial and marketing organisations. He has also been involved in the successful establishment of several business start-ups. His principal role within CTE encompasses both strategy development and financial management
Steve Meads
Commercial Director
Steve joined CTE in 2023, he plays a pivotal role in developing CTE’s strategic plan, driving commercial success and forging the partnerships which are key to place CTE manufactured components into championship-winning cars at the pinnacle of global motorsport. His industry knowledge and leadership continue to promote our “Made in Britain” products on the world stage.
Ryan
Coughtrey
Production Manager
With over 15 years at CTE Advanced Technologies, Ryan began his journey as an apprentice and has grown into a key leadership role as Workshop Manager. Known for his problem-solving skills, systems thinking, and unwavering “can-do” attitude, Ryan is an integral part of the CTE team and a driving force behind workshop operations and continuous improvement.
Daniel
Lee
Engineering Manager
Daniel Lee has been a part of the team at CTE since October 2023. He has an eye for detail and a background in project management and engineering support through his roles as application and production engineer. Daniel’s principal responsibilities include managing the design team, coordinating internal production improvements, and providing engineering support throughout the business.
Adrian

Quality Manager
Adrian joined CTE Advanced Technologies in 2025 as Quality Manager. With a strong background in quality management within engineering and manufacturing, he works closely with teams across the business to keep CTE’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System effective and evolving, while helping to drive quality and process improvements every day.
Raymond
McArdle
Procurement Manager
Raymond joined CTE in 2025 as the Procurement Manager. He brings a wealth of Purchasing & Supply Chain Management experience having spent his purchasing career working in the Medical, Defence & Telecommunications Industry sectors. As member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply he is Professional that strives for continuous improvement in the company’s business performance by using the latest technology and business tools.
