Inconel/titanium/stainless; hydroformed or fabricated; clamshell and formed heat shields; fully packaged, heat shielded exhausts.
Complex geometry hardlines & tube assemblies
CNC bent, jig checked, CMM verified geometries for tight packaging around powertrain and aero structures.
Aluminium Tanks
Tanks and other Aluminium & Stainless parts, validated/ leak/pressure testing and documented inspection.
Integrated machined/pressed sub components
Integrated machined/pressed sub components and managed sub suppliers as required. Materials: Inconel, stainless steel, aluminium, titanium. Volumes: prototype through series supply; fast turn spares support during the season.

Rapid feasibility & DFM – Fast evaluation from CAD or prints; manufacturability feedback within days.
Tooling & process definition – Dedicated jigs/fixtures; controlled weld sequencing; validated forming/bending paths.
First off validation – Dimensional reports (CMM/3D scan) and pressure/leak test records supplied with parts.
Series build & season support – Planned call offs aligned to race/test calendars; spares and repair loops; continuous improvement embedded.
