A busy month visiting customers both in the UK and abroad. These trips are useful to keep in touch with existing customers, to continue to understand their requirements and make sure we allocate sufficient time in our work scheduling to accommodate their requirements, especially as we approach the typically busy part of the year.
Alongside this external work, we are continuing to focus on internal improvements to our production process flow, the aim of which is to keep us agile and responsive to our customers’ requirements around the Christmas period and beyond.
