At CTE we take Employee Engagement very seriously, after all it’s a team effort and we want to make sure everyone has a voice!

We undertook our Employee Engagement survey in July, which allowed us to focus on what we do well as much as what we don’t do so well. We had a fantastic response from everyone in the business, with a 100% completion and a lot of very well thought out answers.

We are now working through all the answers from the survey, everyone will be involved in the planning meetings. From these we’ll get our action plans together to start implementing the improvements, to keep striving to have the best work place possible!
