As part of our ongoing investment we have decided to bring milling capacity in house, to complement our current turning capacity.

With machined parts becoming ever more complex and lead times always at a premium, having this milling capacity in house will prove invaluable to the efficient flow of work through the business. To enable us to machine the most complex parts we have also invested in an off-line programming software package, to maximise the benefits the new machines will offer.

To run these new machines, we are delighted to welcome Ryan to the company. Ryan has a great deal of experience working with off line programming and 5 Axis machining in a variety of exotic materials all within the motorsport industry. His experience will prove invaluable with setting up the machines and making sure they run smoothly from the start.

With this added resource in house, which will complement our new Hydroforming process, in the form of tooling manufacture, CTE will be one of only a handful of companies worldwide to offer these processes in one place, putting us in a unique position.
